RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The client and each additional person visiting Sunchild Tattoo are obliged to read these regulations. Staying in the studio and using our services is contingent upon its acceptance.
2. The studio performs treatments for adults 18 years and above. We do not tattoo minors.
3. Before starting the procedure, each client is obliged to fill out a health declaration form (Consultation Questionnaire) and to show an identity card or other document with a photo that confirms the age of majority.
The client is obliged to inform the tattoo artist about their health and possible contraindications to perform the procedure. In case of concealing or providing false information, the studio is not responsible for any complications or problems with wound healing. Please follow our healing instructions carefully and contact us with questions.
4. We do not perform treatments for people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychoactive substances, or intoxicants. It is forbidden to consume them in the studio. Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is allowed outside only.
5. Small children under 14 and animals are not allowed in the studio. For mutual comfort, please come to the session with a maximum of one accompanying person. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing someone. Only the client and the person performing the procedure may be in the treatment room.
6. The materials and tools we use are disposable and sterilized. There is an absolute ban on touching the objects and auxiliary materials used to perform the procedure. The position of the person performing the procedure is an individual workplace. Please store belongings in the requested location. Failure to follow the recommendations of the persons responsible for conducting the session may lead to health risks.
7. Booking a date for a tattoo is done via email or in person at the studio. We respond to every message on an ongoing basis, within 48 hours. If after this time, there is no response, feel free to send us a reminder. If the matter is URGENT, please be sure to state it in your subject line.
After receiving the inquiry, we will inform you what information is needed to save the date of the session. Each date must be confirmed with a booking payment in the form of a deposit. For all bookings, we ask for a $200 deposit towards the total cost of your work. Your deposit is refundable if we receive 72 hours' notice for all cancellations. To pay this, you can use this link: PayPal.Me/thesourcetattoo or pay cash at your consultation appointment. Once we receive your deposit, your appointment is confirmed.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times, regardless of the 72 hours’ notice, an additional $200 deposit will be required for each scheduled appointment thereafter. The artist reserves the right to withhold the deposit and cancel future appointments at their discretion if the client continues to reschedule and/or cancel without the required notice.
Failure to pay the deposit within 7 days of scheduling will result in resignation from your reserved date. Receipt of the payment and acceptance of these regulations is required for confirmation of the session on the indicated date.
8. The price of each treatment is determined individually - it depends on the size of the design, the number of details, and the placement on your body.
9. We prepare the tattoo design on the day of the session. We do not create sketches in advance. The system we have developed allows you to individually create a dream design that meets your expectations. Because of this, the tattoo is a fusion of your ideas carried out by your artist. The design is already included in the price of the tattoo. We do not carry out projects independently without an agreed-upon date.
10. The created design is the property of Sunchild Tattoo. If you decide not to get the tattoo, we may use the design for our purposes. If the tattoo is not made, the project stays with us, and the booking payment is forfeited. Each project is made once, we do not copy other artists' tattoos and we do not do any work twice. By using our services, you can be sure that you will have a design that is completely unique.
